06/05/2017 – Upgrade June 9-10

As planned, the PeopleSoft Student System and WesPortal will be down from Friday June 9^th at 3:00 PM until Saturday June 10^th at 5:00 PM for a system upgrade.

Between approximately 2:00 and 5 PM on Saturday the 10th, offices have been asked to test their basic functionality using CS90TEST https://cs90test.wesleyan.edu.

05/18/2017 – Fourth Test Move

The CS90Test Database is now available for testing today, May 18.

05/10/2017 – Upgrade Weekend Timeline Update

Wesleyan is in the process of upgrading our PeopleSoft SFIS database (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions).

This includes bundles for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and upgrades to PeopleTools.

To aid your testing, here are links to the testing templates and timeline.

Test scripts are a list of processes, transactions and reports that your office uses.  Using these scripts in your testing will insure that you are covering all the different ways your office uses the system.  Read more about test scripts.

Testing Steps:

• Find your old test plan or build a plan starting with your most time critical processes based on our go-live date of 6/12/2017.
• Once you begin testing, please submit any problems to Service Now through your Portal or https://service.wesleyan.edu.
  • Provide as much detail as possible.
  • Please begin the Short Description with the words SFIS Upgrade
